Open to the public. Hardback books and DVDs are $1; paperbacks are 50 cents. Other items include magazines, cards, CDs and puzzles. The owner does not state a separate entry fee. These are sale opening hours, not ordinary Community Center hours. The Parks & Recreation policy treats attendance as consent to department photo/video recording and use for publicity and advertising without further notice or compensation.
