Share the good stuff
You may find, link to, share and reproduce individual event facts. Personal and team calendar exports, including repeated exports, are welcome. Suumer does not claim ownership of bare facts, such as an event’s date, time or location, or prevent you from collecting facts independently from their original sources, subject to applicable law and source terms.
Do not copy the service wholesale
Without permission, do not copy Suumer’s original software, artwork, design or editorial material, or systematically reconstruct protected parts of Suumer’s compiled service or database, such as its original selection or arrangement. This includes repeated small batches intended to reconstruct that protected material. It does not prohibit independently gathering the same event facts or the factual sharing allowed above.
Your existing rights stay yours
These limits do not override applicable law, including fair use, existing open licenses, or your rights in your own contributions. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable license and required notices. We do not claim exclusive rights over material licensed for reuse.
Keep access fair
Normal browsing, search indexing, accessibility tools and calendar exports are welcome. Do not overload the service or evade access limits. These rules concern misuse, not ordinary sharing.
